Dr. Wazir Khan is an exploration geologist with a distinguished career in the mining and exploration industry, spanning over three decades. His extensive expertise in geology, mineral exploration, and project development will be of great importance to Power One at this stage of growth. His geological research, metallogenic modelling, and exploration work has resulted in publications of over a dozen reports and research papers. This makes him an ideal leader to guide Power One through its upcoming growth phases. As a director, Dr. Khan has contributed valuable insights, and in his new role as CEO, he will focus on strategic initiatives to expand the Company’s exploration projects.

Mr. Crawford, CPA, CA, holds a B. Com. from the University of Toronto and brings extensive experience as a senior financial executive. He has held positions in both public and private companies and has served as a partner in a national firm of chartered professional accountants. Brian is a founder and/or co-founder of several companies currently listed on the TSXV (TSX Venture Exchange) or the CSE (Canadian Securities Exchange). Presently, Brian serves as a Director, Corporate Secretary, and/or CFO of multiple TSXV or CSE listed companies, which include Colibri Resource Corporation, Searchlight Resources Inc., CBLT Inc., and Tempus Capital Inc.

Mr. Rieche holds a BA in Economics and boasts 25 years of international project management experience, with a focus on logistics planning and corporate finance. His expansive career spans various resource-based industries and financial institutions worldwide. He has significantly contributed to the development and financing of mining projects across North and South America, as well as energy, oil and gas, fisheries, and forestry projects globally. Mr. Rieche has also collaborated with NGOs and led the consulting team that prepared a report for the United Nations, examining options for legalizing the mining of coltan and tantalum in National Parks and Wildlife Refuges in the Congo. Alongside his impressive career, Mr. Rieche is a co-founder and partner at SKU Media Corp., a public relations and marketing firm, and several other internet- and media-based companies.

Rasool Verjee, LLB, Cantab, is an experienced global entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a track record of building and scaling businesses across North America and Europe. His background spans media, telecommunications, and emerging technologies, with a focus on identifying early-stage opportunities and driving growth in evolving markets.

Mr. Verjee co-founded Lavalife, one of the earliest online dating platforms, which grew to millions of users globally and played a meaningful role in shaping digital communication.

He is actively involved in advising companies on strategy, capital markets, and international expansion, with a particular interest in emerging technologies, including decentralized platforms and digital asset ecosystems. Mr. Verjee brings a global perspective and disciplined approach to building scalable, high-impact ventures.
